It’s a BOLD piece, IMO best paired with the matching shirt. It makes a statement and is a gorgeous wear!
I’m 5’2”, 149 ish lbs and I took a large in skirt and xl in shirt. Typically I’m an 8, medium depending on designer. I’d say depending on your body type (I’m lumpy) size up.
