We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders shipped within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all orders shipping to Canada, UK, and Europe we offer flat rate shipping via UPS, DHL or USPS for $35 (we will designate the carrier).

Orders outside these territories can be shipped via UPS or DHL using our shipping calculator in checkout. All orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your expense. We are not responsible for payment of duties and we do not offer estimates of duties and fees for international orders. Shipping times may vary for international orders and may be delayed due to customs clearance. We are not responsible for any shipment delays.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability and while we make every effort to keep our inventory levels correct, all our prints are limited edition and occasionally an item may be sold out. Customer service will contact you via email to offer a substitution or process a refund.

We process orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes and our standard shipping does not require signature upon delivery. If you should require this, please contact the shipping company once you have received your tracking number.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All full price items are eligible for exchange or return. We do not accept international returns and will not process international returns. Items purchased on SALE (excluding welcome and incentive discount codes) are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, you will need your order number, which you can find on the invoice sent via email and included in your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@untitledinmotion.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you prefer an exchange, we recommend initiating the return and purchasing the new item at the same time to ensure that the desired item remains in stock. You will be refunded for the original item upon receipt.

Refunds are processed within 10 days of return receipt, but typically within 3 working days. All refunds are issued via the original form of payment.

LOST + DAMAGED PACKAGES
Untitled in Motion is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after proof of delivery is confirmed from the shipping carrier. Missing package claims will be processed via the shipping carrier's claims department. We recommend using a delivery address that is secure. If you would like to insure an order, please email our customer service department immediately upon placing the order at info@untitledinmotion.com
